This website is operated by BSC Digital, a business name of Business Solution Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 30 156 641 324) ("BSC", "we", "us"). Our offices are at 1 Sussex Street, Barangaroo NSW 2000, Australia, and Tempo Scan Tower, Jakarta, Indonesia.

2. What this notice covers

This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website only. It does not apply to the forwardHR software itself or to any data our clients store in it. That is governed by the separate agreements we have with each client.

We collect the information you choose to give us when you fill in a form on this website, such as a demo request. This may include:

• your work email address
• your phone number
• your company name and company size
• the modules or topics you are interested in
• your location
• anything you write in your message

Please don't send us sensitive information (for example health or financial details) through the forms.

4. Why we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, to arrange meetings or demonstrations, and to follow up with you about forwardHR. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website:

• Formspree (formspree.io) receives form submissions and delivers them to BSC's info inbox by email.
• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) supplies the fonts this website uses, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you view a page.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

6. Overseas handling

BSC operates in Australia and Indonesia, so your information may be accessed by our team in either country. Our service providers may also store or process information in other countries where they operate.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee security.

8. Links to other websites

This website contains links to other websites, such as our company site and social media. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and we recommend reading their own privacy policies.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or make a privacy complaint. Please send us a message through the contact form with the details, and we will look into it.
