Does forwardHR calculate PPh 21 and BPJS?
forwardHR's payroll generates PPh 21 based on Indonesian taxation. It also calculates BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan contributions for company and employee, with reports, and applies overtime, leave and severance rules under UU Cipta Kerja. Company-specific rules can be added through customisation.
Can it handle our allowances and shift patterns?
Allowances and deductions are set up with forwardHR's formula engine, and time sheets and overtime rules are configurable for any employee type.
